To enhance the Authority's programs with a strategic focus on impactful outcomes. Recognized as an ambitious entity, the entity sought to elevate its initiatives to further the national agenda and effect significant change within the youth community.

We conducted a thorough review of existing programs, and employed a rapid impact assessment approach to evaluate their potential to contribute to the national agenda. We initiated a sprint to define criteria facilitating a rapid diagnostic of strategic development and impact. The findings were presented during a workshop, along with recommendations.

Reviewed thirty initiatives and programs as part of a strategic impact assessment to give directional clarity and guidance on the next steps for the Authority.
