We took a population health approach and conducted extensive primary and secondary research, recruited international and local experts, and organized a series of 20 workshops with stakeholders nationwide.

These workshops facilitated the design of the strategy, implementation plan, and governance structure and engaged diverse stakeholders such as healthcare practitioners, community members, and experts. National priorities and challenges were co-defined, fostering engagement and ownership among a steering committee of senior advisors.

Enhanced stakeholder collaboration throughout the system, culminating in the definition of a five year National Health Strategy that aims to create a more integrated system for better health for all
