To assist the Inclusive Sport Organization in crafting a comprehensive 5-year strategy grounded in athlete and stakeholder insights, internal team input, and industry best practices.

We managed the entire strategy process, starting from scoping to insight generation, and from strategy formulation to implementation planning. Engaging the Inclusive Sport Organization through a series of research initiatives and workshop sessions, we fostered a collaborative environment for strategy development. We also conducted a series of roll-out workshops involving both the team and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the plan.

A cohesive team, now united under a clear vision. This vision not only provided every member of the organization with clarity but also instilled the necessary energy to drive successful projects, all aligned with explicit targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
