The Ambition

To develop a private sector incentivization model to alleviate the challenges faced by overworked and overstressed parents, due to a rigid regulatory environment lagging behind compared to other countries.

How We Achieved It

We supported the introduction of a voluntary program that encourages organizations to adopt policies and practices that support parents to excel in both their professional and family life. Through rigorous research and collaboration, a comprehensive program was defined. Further, we help to power the program by prvoviding agile implementaion support focused on strategy, policy, experience, data and research.

The Outcome

Established criteria for private sector organizations to adhere to, in order to be recognized as parent-friendly employers. The initiative has reached nearly 150,000 people and impacted nearly 50,000 children. It also received a notable endorsement from H.H Sheikh Thayeb and H.H Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the UAE.
