To redefine the Future of Work by breaking down boundaries and creating a vision of work that prioritizes people and puts them at the heart of change, prioritizing a more productive public sector.

We conducted a comprehensive end to end program leveraging foresight, design thinking and strategy. We used foresight methodologies and approaches to have a clear understanding of seven recurring problems within the UAE public sector, and their corresponding solutions. We identified three key areas of focus to power change: collaboration, people, and policy.
