To future-proof the UAE by upskilling future leaders in foresight, innovation, and strategic decision-making.

We introduced the Capstone Project on the Future of Cities through a workshop and asked UAE GLP candidates to put their skills to use and carry out independent research on a question or challenge, engage with research in the relevant disciplines; and with the guidance of a mentor, produce a substantial report that reflects a deep understanding of the topic question set.

Established the Capstone Project, which holds the potential to significantly benefit the UAE, its departments, and targeted opportunities. These benefits also foster behavioral changes and inspire further innovation and action.
