To upskill a new generation of leaders to move beyond buzzwords and truly shape the future by developing the foresight, agility, and strategic mindset needed to anticipate change, design for uncertainty, and drive long-term impact.

We delivered a one-of-a-kind foresight and innovation program for 72 graduates, designed to build their skills in the art and science of foresight. Over 70 hours of immersive learning combined in-person and virtual sessions covering foresight tools, trend analysis, and experimentation labs. Participants explored emerging net-zero trends, translated insights into actionable strategies, and tested ideas through rapid-fire experiments to challenge short-term mindsets and unlock long-term impact.

Participants pitched their solutions in teams, delivering 12 long-term innovation initiatives and 36 quick-win actions to accelerate the city’s path toward its climate goals.
