We designed an intensive six-month leadership journey built around a series of immersive challenges. Participants were placed in real-world simulations, complex crisis scenarios, and high-pressure missions that tested their empathy, resilience, adaptability, and systems thinking. Each experience reflected the forward-looking ethos of UAE leadership; translating ambition into action through design, foresight, and collaboration. In parallel, we developed the delivery model, governance structure, and evaluation framework to ensure consistency, scalability, and lasting impact.
