To redefine the future of work by breaking down structural barriers and putting people at the center of public sector transformation, with the goal of building a more connected, purpose-driven, and future-ready government.

We led a comprehensive, end-to-end engagement using foresight, design thinking, and strategy. Global trends were contextualized for Dubai’s unique environment, surfacing seven core challenges shaping the future of work. These insights were refined through dynamic workshops with 30 stakeholders from 16 public sector entities, culminating in the co-creation of strategic priorities and actionable pathways for reform.

Three key strategic pillars; collaboration, people, and policy, were identified to guide the transformation. A dynamic two-year roadmap was developed, supported by implementation tools such as detailed initiative charters, governance levers, and a future-ready operating model to embed lasting change.
