To design flagship programs that drive CSR excellence, foster innovation, and position the UAE as a global leader in sustainable development.

We collaborated with a federal entity to design and implement a portfolio of integrated initiatives that advance national CSR and sustainability goals. Together, we launched a new certification model to recognize sustainability leadership among SMEs, created a third-sector accelerator to enhance non-profit capabilities, supported the design of high-impact national priority projects, and developed a recognition platform to highlight and reward innovative, sustainability-driven initiatives across the UAE. These efforts brought together design thinking, stakeholder co-creation, and robust evaluation frameworks to elevate the nation’s overall approach to impact.
